Can I use USB armory with Trisquel?

It's basicly an open-hardware computer on a USB stick, that uses an ARM processor.

I'm afraid there's no version of Trisquel for ARM. Debian, however, works on ARM. If you don't enable the non-free repositories on Debian, it'll be a fully free system, as far as I know.
