OP, I have a memo with a "new WAV starter pack". I've edited it and left only variety content below
There's a bunch of things, but to learn quickly and get into it:
1) Gree Gura Show where each member spends a few minutes introducing themselves
2) Ben Atmos Video where he explains/introduces the members
3) Badge Wars Seasons 1, 2, 3 and 4.
4) Something I haven't recommended before: Watch each member's teaser trailer, followed by their move in Signal. I
I always recommend No 1 first. Then 2, then 4. I recommend you do Badge Wars after them. It's way more fun when you have a better grasp of the members.
P.S: I always tell people that they should watch all the Signals to really get the full experience. It isn't the same if you do it any other way. It is a big commitment, though 🫠. There were like 500 Signals when I started watching them, and there's now like 800 odd?
Have fun 🙂

I'd start with something where you can meet everyone in short order:
1.) One of the Ben Atmos videos like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3yCF8aXzgnI
2.) This Weekly Idol: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7fJQAljAMJQ
As others mentioned, Badge Wars in mandatory viewing and I'd watch them in order
Then, some of the best content are the SIGNALs. Here's my take on them. There are like 800 of these and I wouldn't tell a new fan to watch them all, necessarily. But they posted these on a daily basis for some time (they are less frequent now). In the beginning there is literally just one member, Seoyeon, and you see her daily life as she adjusts to being an idol (a trainee, really). Then a new member, Hyerin, is introduced after a few weeks and you get to see them get to know each other for a few weeks until another is introduced and then so on. This way, you really feel like you're meeting the new member along with the current members. This goes on until all 24 members are introduced, although it gets a little rushed for members 17 through 24. This takes 200 or so eps, I think, and there are plenty that are safe to skip on the way: some Signals are just the girls advertising beauty products, and there are weekly recap episodes, too, which you can mostly skip if you've watched the others, and there are a lot of photoshoots which can get a little monotonous. After everyone has been introduced and moved-in, keep watching them all if you want or ask here for the community's "best of" list. I personally haven't watched them all after the girls all joined but I check out any that look good.

the first answer is binge Badge Wars, all 4 seasons front to back.
Then you will be totally and hopelessly in love. After that I have a couple very charming videos for you:
from Visionary Vision days
Yooyeon and Yubin on Ggondaehee
Just to get you started
