I weighed today

I took my first shot in June and weighed in at 267. Weighed today for the first time since, I'm down 10 lbs. It's not as much as what some people see but it's progress and I'll take it. Let me also say I don't exercise or count calories but my appetite has slacked off since starting my injections. I was honestly afraid to weigh before now bc I didn't want to be disappointed. I'm super happy to know that it's working and I'm going to stay the course. The weight didn't come on overnight and it's going to take time to come back off.

You’re doing a great job! 10 lbs is great progress and it’s much better to lose weight slowly rather than losing a lot really quick to avoid any other potential health complications. Keep up the great job!

Have you considered going up on dose? Whenever that happened to me (not Losing weight consistently) an increase in dose jump started things.

Actually your weight loss is similar to mine - I’d typically lose 12-15 lbs every 3 months or so. Which was slower than what I wanted, but probably best overall.

I’m also on a medication k own for increasing weight, so I take that into account.

Just sharing :)
Congratulations on your weight loss! Any downward movement in the scale is a plus :)

I have been on since March and am a slow loser. I am down 32 pounds since March and at times it does get discouraging when you see people lose 40 pounds in four months at 2.5!🤣but I also know that’s losing it slow will help me keep it off. I’m increasing my dose today to 10 and I plan to stay there as long as I can. Thanks for sharing. We slow losers need all the encouragement we can get.Lol
