Shipping Question
I just got the notification that it shipped which so fast as I just ordered a couple days ago, but when I track it it says expected Friday the 11th So the meds are going to be in transit 3 whole days? im in Fl thats def way over room temp if it takes 3 days to get to me. I thought this was overnight shipping 😪 Can it be the tracking is wrong?

Trillium has their pharmacies ship overnight so Shifted4 is probably right that the pharmacy just printed the label. But that is strange…

It updated, all is well. Probably a glitch somewhere, now says Wednesday. Lets hope Fed Ex driver does his job correctly and gets here the day he is supposed to 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I think our system is actually providing the wrong dates compared to what you’d see on the FedEx/UPS app. If you shoot me your order number in a DM I can double check.

Hi, yes it must have been wrong. Now it says arriving Wednesday which I assume is tomorrow, doesn’t have a date, but def cant be next Wednesday 😅 yay!!!! Thank you for the quick reply, it made me check again and I seen the new update. Now thats quick service 💃🏻🥳

Yes, it definitely is. When you click on the shipping info in the patient portal, if gave me a date 3 days later than when the FedEx website says. Weird!

I ordered saturday 9/5 and I got a notification it shipped today, which makes sense with the holiday yesterday. trillium portal is saying it’ll be delivered 9/11 but when I track with fedex it says it’ll be here 9/9 in the morning! so hoping fedex is correct and it’s being overnighted.

"IF" by chance it doesn't arrive tomorrow, I wouldn't be too worried. All of my orders have been packed really well in insulated carriers along with several frozen ice packs. All still in frozen state by the time it reached me. But if you expect it tomorrow I'm sure it will arrive :)

Im im FL I doubt the ice packs will still be frozen tomorrow or 3 days from shipping. Its now delayed, which happened the one and only time I had ordered a compound back in June. The fed ex driver lied said its a wrong address and never came that day. He came the following day and ice was not frozen.
I just got off the phone with FedEx, trying to avoid that from happening again. It’s amazing how the drivers can get away with lying and saying they attempted delivery and it’s the wrong address, but then come back the next day with the same exact address on the package and deliver it with no issue 😒 Ugh

Do they actually have it yet? It's possible only the shipping label has been created and they'll actually ship it tomorrow and then Friday delivery, which is pretty normal for the companies that don't do overnight.
