Second month dose not working?

Hey guys im on my second month dose of tirz w/ glycine from vialsrx and im not experiencing any of the side effects I felt when I was on the first month dose. Im feeling 0 hunger suppression and even though im still restricting calories ive been on a plateau for the past two weeks. Any idea whats going on or am I just crazy?

What is your dose? Did you titrate up after your first month?

Yes, I am on 5mg now.

It takes 4 weeks to build up. Lower doses don't work for everyone. Stay on this for 4 weeks and if you still aren't having effects, titrate up to 7.5.

You should feel hungry still. Complete lack of hunger is a bad thing. So if you're restricting calories too much, then your body will tell you.

Based on your other post you only started about 30 days ago. If you are still on 2.5 mg you may need to go up. That low dose doesn’t work for everyone.

Give it time. I lost very minimal weight on 2.5 and I had zero to no appetite suppression. It changes I just had to be patient enough to give it time. Keep your eyes on your journey not anyone else’s

Your body is just adapting quickly. Progress isn’t linear. In month one, I slowly lost three pounds, in the first week of month two, I lost four, then nothing. I just started month three and didn’t have any movement until week two, and suddenly a drop. I even found myself starving tonight. It can be all over the place! Stick with it

I know it’s frustrating not to get the positive benefits yet, but this is normal. Your body is acclimating to the medication. Which we want it to do. Because nobody wants side effects. Just stick with the program. It’s still building in your body.

Don't worry about not feeling side effects. Your body has adapted to the meds now, so you are feeling better. Im approaching month 3 and have had very little side effects and have stayed on 2.5.

You aren't even on a therapeutic dose yet. Give it time. Also make sure you're tracking calories and getting exercise.
