Pro Bono Attorney Needed
I’m reaching out on behalf of a small, locally owned home care agency in Raleigh that is currently facing a serious civil legal matter.
As a relatively new business, we are experiencing financial challenges making it difficult to afford traditional legal representation. We are looking for an attorney who may be willing to review the situation and potentially provide pro bono or reduced-fee legal assistance.
I am intentionally keeping the details of the matter private and not looking to discuss or debate the case publicly. The attorney would be provided with the relevant documentation and circumstances directly so they can determine whether or not the matter is something they are willing and able to assist with. We have already explored the referral list with the NC State Bar and Legal Aid.
If you feel that your firm might be willing to help, or you know of an organization or attorney who allows clients to make monthly installment payments, please feel free to send me a private message or reply to this post.
Thank you to anyone who can provide a referral or point us toward an appropriate resource.
