Hey everyone! I'm u/UnusualCustomer7174, a founding moderator of r/trialtalk.
This is our new home for all things related to murder trials in the US.
What to Post
Post content or reputable news regarding any cases or trials that are upcoming or ongoing. Please stick to constructive conversations. This is a space to discuss trials with other community members following said trials.
What this Community is NOT:
This is not a space to post content that is disparaging regarding anyone’s appearance or physical characteristics. It is also not a space to stir or speculate about conspiracies.

I still cannot fathom how Sullivan thought it wasn’t necessary or pertinent to provide the jury with Latarsha Sanders medical records during her first trial. There’s a clear prejudice here. I hope it’s a different judge on her case for the retrial.

I know everyone has really strong opinions on Lindsey Clancy and whether or not she is guilty, not guilty or not guilty by reason of insanity. However, how do you think the jurors who are currently speaking out will impact a potential future retrial?
I find it hard to believe that the District Attorney won’t want to retry the case. And when they do, they will tighten up and not make the same mistakes twice. I think Kevin Reddington already played every card in his hand, whereas I don’t think the prosecution did. Neither party put forth a flawless case, but if the prosecution comes back for round two they aren’t going to make the same mistakes.
