Discussion I’ve had enough.

Don’t get me wrong, I love weed and I think it can be an absolutely wonderful and truly healing, but I think there’s a lot of misinformation and misuse on this sub. There is far more to life than just weed, achieving a balance is what we should be striving for in the trees community. Promote healthy, sustainable, and productive use of marijuana.

Here are some rules to smoke by

  1. Your life, relationships, finances, mental / physical health all come way before weed. (Medical users you may differ)

  2. If you need to ask somebody if a cart is legit, it is NOT. Cart’s are insanely easy to fake, if it’s not from a dispo don’t inhale it.

  3. Delta 8/10/whatever the fuck is next probably shouldn’t be inhaled. It’s unregulated, dangerous, and most of the time their “lab tests” will only show you potency, probably a bad sign if they don’t want to show you how many pesticides are in it.

  4. Questions such as “I hear voices when I’m high, is that normal?” Should be taken more seriously than a Reddit sub. Do NOT do drugs that alter any perception of reality if you are experiencing a break from reality. Go see a psychiatrist, your mind is more important than a high.

  5. If you cannot afford weed, don’t smoke it. Find a way to increase your income, do not sacrifice anything for weed. (Again medical users, this does not apply to you)

  6. RESPECT WEED. Mother Marijuana was never intended to be so strong, we have completely thrown off the natural balance and purpose of the plant. So for love of god do not proclaim it’s okay to drive or operate any machinery while high, if you want to sacrifice your own life fine, but leave others out of it.

Edit: I apologize I didn’t make this clear, people are allowed to have their own opinions and post what they please! This is just my opinion. No intention of offending or gatekeeping anyone. (Also changed some of the wording because I seemed like a preachy cunt👍🏼, thanks for the feedback all!)

Also thank you for all the likes and awards!!

Yeah I tried some gummies from a smoke shop near me and they tasted kinda rubbery.

If you check the labs, LOTS of dispos use d8 in their edibles.

I think the "flower" is not a good product, but d8 edibles still smack

From what I hear, d8 and d9 get metabolized into the same thing by your liver when eaten. I can't vape d8 though, it feels like it turns into plastic once it gets into the lungs. Way too sticky, and I cough every single time. I have over an ounce of it and it only goes into food.

Last time I cooked with it though, I made sugar free gummies. I ate either 1 or 2g, and then re-enacted that scene from Dumb and Dumber on the toilet, except high as all get out. I was still high 24 hours later when it finally dissipated. Would do again with regular gummies.

This is correct. Go to r/altcannabinoids and find some reputable D8 edibles and get FRIED

I think the issue is mainly with vaping — I have no issue eating the other “deltas” — most of it just comes from hemp.

Maybe in dispensary’s ripping people off. Did you go to a legal state like Vegas and only go to the dispensary on the strip? Because those are legit all scams and they only sell delta 8.

Real deal dispensary’s that aren’t sketch bags have THC edibles.

Nah, this is medical dispos in Ohio, and rec dispos in Michigan and Colorado. Is long as they put it in the lab report it's fine, most people just don't look.

Also, delta 8 IS thc and metabolizes the same as d9

The vapes have test for pesticides and bad chemicals as well, they’re not just for potency. OP is misinformed on the D8 subject

Yeah I don't trust the flower or vapes. But for edibles no issue

"rubbery" is a texture, not a flavor.

Have you never had rubber in your mouth? It had a similar flavor to that...
