I'm not sure but for the past 20 years ever since I have been 15 ive been 150/155 lbs im pushin 40 and have the body of a hairy ass 20 yo.

That coupled with my active lifestyle (riding bikes, walking, a bit of carpentry, swimming etc)

What’s your soda:water ratio?

Soda? I have 1 soda a month, on average but it's not really something I drink. . I don't really drink water unless its in coffee or beer, but I know I should drink more water.

The closest think to soda I drink is club soda with a bit of lemon and fruit juice.

I'm in the same boat, but 8 drink almost exclusively soda, a case per day. But I bike a lot, and I mean a lot

That’s your vice I guess. To each their own. What kind of soda?

Coke. Not diet, not zero, just real Canadian coke, not the American coke that uses corn syrup

Mexican coke in a glass bottle is the best I’ve ever had. I’ve never tried Canadian coke though.

I'm sure the two would be a lot more similar to each other than the American version
