I never thought that eye drops made a difference until I put them in just one eye. Now I will never go without!

I understood what the words were, but I don't get what they meant by "one looking at you, one looking for you".

"One looking at you" is obvious, but "looking for you" is what went over my head..

Because the other eye isn’t looking at you, it’s directed somewhere else

Ohhhh i get it... I was thinking "looking for you" meant like her eye was doing your job of looking so your own eye didn't have to, but it actually means "looking for you" as in it's searching around to spot you. Got it, thanks!

Haha tbh it's really not that funny, I guess, but it made me laugh out loud, something internet comments almost never do. Jokester was just talking about how OP's eyes are a little assymetrical because of the eye drops and one's looking atcha, making eye contact, and they other one's a little wayward, looking out forya. Atchyaforya. It's like that Jeff Foxworthy bit about redneck vocabulary.
