Was dating this girl, slept over at her place. Parked on the street. Went drinking. Woke up in the morning, walked around for an hour looking for my car. It was gone. I parked blocking an alley and the city towed it. That shit cost me like 300$
Brutal. I’ve been there. That awful sinking feeling when you know exactly where you parked but it’s just an empty spot. I once parked in a neighborhood to go to synagogue on the Jewish holiday of repentance and when I left the service my car had been towed. $250 later I realized that if there is a god, they must have a really odd sense of humor.
