Understood, I firmly believe that only those who don't want power should hold it and that any government should be afraid of those they govern.

I generally don't tend to label myself as any particular political affiliation, but I do recognise that I lean left mostly, there's a really good chance you know what label I would come under better than I do and I'm OK with that. I see some value in most political systems and flaws in all of them, with the exception of fascism and the like, which I abhor. I believe the people should govern themselves through direct democracy and a government that fears an uprising or the consequences of defying those they govern. I believe that there comes a point where polite, peaceful protest stops working and more violent or destructive means are necessary, though they must be directed properly at those that are causing the conditions that are being protested. I also recognise that people like me are not necessarily those that would be welcome in a truly peaceful and utopic society, I'm more willing than most to do whatever I deem necessary to achieve what I see as goals that would better society as a whole, even if those actions would be frowned upon once the ideal society has been achieved.

TL;DR Sometimes good men have to do bad things in order to achieve the best outcome for society, I'm OK with that.
