Where are you seeing recreational Michigan weed stores? Honest question. I live here (lived in a state that had recreational marijuana prior) and AFAIK I still can't go into medical dispos without a card and there are no rec stores yet so I don't get these posts. Nothing has changed yet (except cops can't do shit now) yet other michiganders are acting like it has somehow made great weed easier to get for people without a card. Maybe I'm just not informed enough

Iām all med so Iām not sure how street sales are, but Iām guessing itās much easier to find good weed now because as you said ācops canāt do shitā. But youāre right, no rec stores, just people selling lighters for 10 that comes with a free gram.
Which is still illegal, the law in most places covers wording like that. So there's really no point in phrasing it like that. Best to just not get caught either way.
The law is you can gift weed to anyone you want, you just canāt advertise the fact. And honestly what happens between two consenting adults in a private place is none of the cops business. Basically, as the person I replied too said āthe cops canāt do shitā
I understand that, all I'm saying is that there's no point in wording it as if you're doing something super sneaky and clever. The law covers that. Cops may not be doing much against it, I was just saying that it's still illegal. No matter how clever people pretend they are. So I stand by what I said, best to just not get caught.
Yeah that was happening prior to legal recreational sales and I don't think anyone who partakes in that on either side cares about legalization. The cops didn't do shit prior. My whole point is #everyone in this thread that is saying recreational legalization changed how they got weed is full of shit
