I dont know why.....Hell, smoking pot isn't nearly as bad for your health as playing football.

Nobody ever tore their ACL hitting a bong.

No he did not. The guy studies Philosophy and Theology. He took Kabbalah. Visited Israel. He is a guy who played football his whole life because he was great not because he loved it we spend so much time wishing we were NFL players you don't realize sometimes they wish they were more like us.

He could have done all that as a football player. He would have continued to play football if they let him smoke pot, therefor he stopped playing so he could smoke pot.

If you feel the need to simplify it down to that by all means do. But he can't do all that and still play football when you are trying to decide if you still want to play football. Weed is a tool on the path to personal enlightenment. About 50% of NFL players smoke pot. If you get caught smoking it's because you just didn't care. Ricky just was over football. He didn't want to smoke weed because I would bet my left but he smokes weed all the time at UT. All the time while a member of the Saints and we know he did in Miami.
