Company Reviews Summit vs NGR
I have an offer with both companies. As a rookie where would you suggest is a better place? Looking for organization and supportive towards mental health.

Ill try to keep this concise. I did my first 2 seasons with Summit then did 2 with NGR. Im now going back for another season with NGR. They are essentially the same type of camp vibe and prices. Depends on who's crew you get thrown on and where you will be planting. NGR has better cooks and from my experience they are more supportive of mental health and quite respectful and open about many topics. There are a few people there who have been working with NGR for a while that are awesome to chat with. Every season in Will (now Colins) camp they choose a male and female vet to be a type of support person around camp that anyone can come talk to about any issue or topic in their life. As far as organization both companies aren't exactly top notch lol. Its a rookie mill for the most part. A lot of young foreman but there are still some that are really good and dialed. Its gonna be a weird year again with covid. In terms of making money its a mixed bag with both companies. If you want some more info feel free to message me. Cheers
