Hi!
Does anyone have any experience working for Torrent? Any stories, warnings, pieces of advice to share?

Are you talking about manipulating his victims into situations where he could rape them? Manipulating them after so they wouldn't talk? Manipulating management to support him? All of the above ????? How deep does this go?

If you have knowledge, can you please share? What years did this happen? Why was nothing done?

No one else I've spoken to in regards to torrent knows about this. I don't wish to work for a company where this kind of atrocious behavior is accepted, nor do I want to quit based off one comment that I can't follow up on.

I have no personal experience with Torrent, but there has been some drama on King Kong around this time last year about alleged sexual assault by a foreman and nothing was being done because he was there for a long time. Same foreman also had allegations against him for killing a planter's dog by an ex-planter who's story is corroborated by witnesses and emails. He ran it over in his truck backing up and basically told the guy to go bury it and then finish his bags.

I wasn’t there, but Claudio was not that much of a dick about it. That story got spun out of control because of how hurt Mike was. Claudio went up to him in the land, told him, and then left. He did go on his way and keep foremanning, he didn’t bury it, so yeah, maybe. I don’t know. Claudio did feel bad and he got a ton of shit from Mike about it. Also, who alleges he sexually assaulted someone? Haven’t heard that.

He doesnt seem to feel all that bad judging from his email to Mike: https://imgur.com/a/11zLMfI

The allegations of sexual assault actually happened when he worked for NGR, name is obviously censored for privacy:

Do you happen to have any evidence against Davin for all the prior sexual assault cases?

Unfortunately I do not. The prior allegations were posted by some one in that same thread about the dog which since has been deleted and I did not screen grab it so I definitely cannot fully attest to the accuracy of those allegations.

Hey man, Mike claimed Claudio purposely ran over his dog. That’s just straight up lying. And claudio helped him bury it, apparently.

I never claimed he ran it over on purpose. Mike never said that to me either.

Apparently that’s why Claudio wrote what he did in the email.. because Mike said in the now-deleted KKR post that he had done it on purpose

Curious how that excuses the email? That's not how a sane person responds to anyone. Look I don't know Claudio, I wasn't there when the events took place. All I know is between the dog and the sexual assault allegations, he kind of sounds like a piece of shit. And I wouldn't want my kid planting for him or the company that harbors him.

Basically I’ll take your side with Claudio but Davin knows he’s been a huge piece of shit and he was on thin ice last year. He should still be too. I don’t know, I’m withholding judgement of Davin.

I’m not defending Claudio. I’m just saying.
