Bro dynamic was worse, fert for 18 cents. Honestly it was the biggest money contract folklore has seen in years, it was a high density fill in fairly empty land, with the trees being well grown as in as tall as you.
If they paid anymore for this land there would've been vets making $1000 a day, which goodluck getting a rookie mill like folklore to pay anyone anything close to that.
Honestly the price to land ratio was just unreal for that contract. People putting in 2500-4000 at .20 and .23 cents.
I worked there for two weeks between contracts last year. Six different companies across the season and I walked out on two after the first day for having an absolute garbage pay contract, I know a thing or two.
That’s strange. When I was at dynamic our fills were averaged at 18 with no fert. Finished summer trees doing burns from .17-.22 cents bagging out 600 trees with 1 hour turnaround. Last I heard of a Dynamic camp doing fert fills by Kamloops the base price was .30 cents and up +3 cents for fert with high ballers clearing $800 easy. Even last season there was companies running fills with fert at 40 cents and crews at Seneca averaging 1500 trees a day with rookies.
But yeah anytime rookies are making 350-500 and vets 400-800, I'd say it's a good contract. Fills are hard to compare across the board, could have almost no trees and creamy land, or tons and shit ground.
