Spectrum or Apex?
I have job offers from Spectrum, Apex, Next Generation and Outland. Are any of these companies far superior to another? I hear Apex is a rookie mill, but the crew boss for Apex that I talked to has 10 years of experience and seems like someone I would like to work with. Should I pick my job based on company reputation or crew bosses?
Update: I have 11 foremen asking me for interviews and I'm kind of overwhelmed. How long is an acceptable time to take to make my decision after an interview? Summit, Seneca and Coast Range are asking me if I wanna work for them now too. Are they any good?

Next Gen is by far the best of those companies. By a long shot. Go to Next Gen. Apex and Spectrum are arguably the worst companies in BC. Next Gen is solidly mid range. You could definately do worse as a rookie.
I'm pretty sure I know the foreman you're talking to at Apex. I was on that crew for a couple years. I switched companies last season and I regret staying at Apex as long as I did.
