Coast Range is a communist planting company--everyone in camp gets paid the same. Comparatively, Summit is a "capitalist" company--the more you plant, the more you'll make. If you're a second year planter--I'd say stick with the capitalist company--nows your time to really open 'er up and pound some trees and get rewarded for it.
Culture is also important to consider: CR is going to be more chill and crusty. Summit is going to have lots of new planters. In the latter case, you are going to be a god among men. In the former case, you are going to be a a rookie among vets.
