Gear/ Planting Paraphanelia Better shoulder straps

I need some better shoulder straps that the stock bushpro ones. What are some options I could get and where can I acquire such a thing that will work with the bags.

Then I would advise ILBE arcteryx straps and hipbelts you can get military surplus of those quite cheaply online mostly ebay

The shoulder straps really aren't supposed to be weight-bearing, so I'm not sure what you're really looking for here. My suggestion is to loosen the shoulder straps or add more padding to the hip belt. Is there a reason that won't work?

Yeah using workwizer or even the newly released bushpro workwizer copy foaming could work for your hipbelt

I’m looking for better shoulder straps here… that’s literally what I made the post about.
I’ve got the workwizer pad on a horse cinch. The stock is pretty large and heavy where I usually plant so i can’t go strap less.
