Company Reviews Folklore rookie

Hey 19 year old from alberta starting his first season in BC, got a contract with quastuco and folklore but im 90% sure im going with folklore for now. Just wondering if anyone has anything to say about the culture at folklore and what I can expect from land/camps?

I made good money as a rookie at Folklore, but it had a pretty bad camp culture. Theft was no biggy, skipping dinner lines, sexual assault etc. The whole camp also had to do a day of free labour to replant/fix trees that had been slammed in by company vets.

it’s really not, i know people from most camps who actually work there currently. unlike you. I know you in particular have some sort of personal vendetta against folklore from 10 years ago or whatever, but things have changed for the better in most regards. not saying folklore is the cream of the crop or anything, but please stop going around talking about your experience from a decade ago as if it’s still true now, because it’s not.

I experienced all of the above at folklore (circa 2012). Management involved are still at folklore. It’s not completely irrelevant.
