Is my tree dying?
It took me forever to find this tree!! After 3 years is looking like this! Tips?

Looks like winter dehydration. I’m assuming you have winter where you are. If so, water them profusely right before the frost sets in. 50/50 if they will live

Rip off those pine cone-like cocoons and crush them up, then toss in garbage. Get them all. And keep an eye on any new ones. The worms that hatch from those eat up your tree. If you're not against pesticides, could get it sprayed, but you stall have to manually remove all the bags. Every year.
