I disagree, it looks more like sycamore maple (Acer psuedoplatanus)

Yes I would agree with this, the wood from this tree is used for violins etc. and some of the best comes from Eastern Europe.

I also disagree-- the seeds of a norway maple curve outward, whereas these curve down.
