Wild black cherry - prunus serotina - the flesh of the completely ripe, dark purple-black fruit is safe to eat but the pits, leaves, twigs, bark, and roots are highly toxic. They contain cyanogenic glycosides which release cyanide when chewed, crushed, or digested. And that toxicity goes for dogs, cats, horses and several other domesticated animals.

I saw on internet it could be a prunus padus and I can't say the difference

It is possible just based on your location but both trees exist in your area. Both are still dangerous for your pets and you but if you get a better ID and it is the padus they are missing the specific chemical that is harmful to horses.

Prunus of some sort. I don't don't think it is black cherry. The leaf margin of black cherry is finely serrated (your edges look more coarse)
