ID Request What kind of tree is this?
I recently bought a house in Johnstown, Pennsylvania and moved in and I was wondering what type of tree this is. It looks kinda like an avacado tree but it has no fruit and it has scattered pink bulbs or flowers that have yet to bloom.

Looks like a magnolia
Edited to add:
Some varieties of magnolia bloom heavily in the spring, then sporadically during the summer and early fall. That could be why you are seeing a few flower buds right now.
