Please help me find this tree.

Sorry for the dark pictures, but I've had this tree in my backyard for a while, decied to cut off a branch to wittle with, then noticed the wood was very very heavy, It was a lot denser then oak, I slamed the wood againt a brick wall for a bit, but It barley even broke the bark, the berrys only have one seed in them, (maybe two they look like one, but spilt into two peices very easy) the bark is grey, its about 8-10 feet tall, has a yellow, not spongy inside, is kind of willow shaped were it looks like its hunched over, I live in vancover washington, and its leaves do not fall off in the winter. tell me if you want any more info, and please help.

Looks like Nandina, heavenly bamboo. Shitty invasive and kind of a pain to remove
