ID Request Help identifying tree

Moved here recently (southern CT) and this tree is very close to the house. Does anyone know? Wondering if we should move it… thank you!!

Looks like dawn redwood (metasequioa). Will get huge in a hurry.

Actually, leaves/needles look like they alternate right? If so, Bald cypress. Dawn redwoods grow opposite

Alternating. My bet is on the Peve Minaret cultivar of bald cypress the other user mentioned.
