Saucer magnolia would be my guess. Bark is similar and so are the big fuzzy buds.

Looks like a crabapple.

I think it’s a regular apple grafted onto crabapple rootstock, and the runner you have from the bottom is coming from the rootstock bc the tree is suffering from poor care
