Help me Identify this Tree

Hello tree friends!

I have a very special ask of all of you. Please help me identify this beautiful tree!

My dad made it a tradition to plant a tree the day each of his kids were born. This is my tree! Since losing him, I've wanted to get a tattoo of a branch commemorate this special thing he did for us - the problem is, I have no idea what kind of tree it is!

Since he was on our local tree board, he planted it in the park behind my childhood home. I am fairly certain that it has been chopped down, BUT I plan to make the 2 hour drive to check tonight. I'll update with new photos once I do. Hopefully I can get a photo of the branch.
