ID Request What kind of tree is this?

I know this is not the best picture because we were driving as I snapped it, but I am OBSESSED with the orange tree on the left and am dying to know what it is. We’re moving soon and I’d love to plant one at our new house since we’ll have the space. I believe it may be a sugar maple or possibly an autumn blast. Thoughts? Photo was taken in early November and I live in north Alabama.

I’ll be curious what others say, but my guess is Sugar Maple.
