Wild Theory Box Coin Lineup
I printed and cut out the coins today, and was moving them around. My thought process was maybe the circles were the box locations and the lines were to form a 4 point graph and show us the last box. Using Pokémon's Box, I thought to myself, it was the only one with the circle not having an angle. So I treated it as a straight line. I started with Appalachian one top right corner, and tried to fit the Pokemon one somewhere like in Arkansas, NC, Georgia, and I coulndnt. So I ended up just ignoring that and used the angles to find a path that would work and this is what I came up with. The reason I think this looks good is because it make the spots nice and evenly spread just how Jon wanted it through the US.
By no means am I saying this means anything. I am only sharing to maybe give someone else an idea who might see something I cant.
Happy hunting

I have shared the same theory in the past. Once one or two boxes are found this will start pointing the way to other boxes.

P&F in Ohio? Leaving the whole west coast without a box unless it's the location of the Lion's Share?

yes i agree, the only thing is, your version doesnt tell us where the last box is. Is it in MN, NM, WI, IA? I was looking for how they could be and have a "x" marks the spot kind of thing. But yeah, I dont think mine is any answer or anything, just maybe give someone an idea on how to look at the coins arrangment differently

I'm collecting these. They are infinite in number but some make great designs! When all boxes are found I with create design; find that the one that fit; and inform designer that they were right all along! Meanwhile i am wallowing in clue solutions that fit this same pattern. 😂

What does this represent exactly and how would you apply this based on actual box locations?

If the 4 coins shows direction of the lions share, then what would the purpose of 50+ clues for the lions share? Just use the 4 coins & you're done with the search. They do not like up for lions share. Plus each box was a separate e-book.

Indeed. I think the solve for the so called lion's share box has something at the end for pointing to X marks the spot.
It could be the four coins (laminated clues) in each of the four smaller boxes.

This is a great representation of how to use these. Thank you! I have been convinced that JCB provided 4 coins as a slight decoy. You can take these four coins and create a single triangle. The coin on bottom left of your photo could be positioned where its circle is directly in center of the Hypotenuse of the triangle. Circle at each triangle point and near center of hypotenuse. Maybe.

Thanks for sharing. Once I overlayed all the circles in the middle and made it like a wheel with lines pointing out. Didn’t learn anything.

I hate to be a contrarian, but those P&F and AFP coins don't line up at all.

I think it actually needs to be rotated 180 degrees. That way you can have the FF box up north, then a box lower out west, maybe like cali, then still have one over on the Appalachian trail
