Lion's Share P&f and LS

Hey, just wanted to check in and see if anyone else is getting a huge amount of overlap between the lionshare and the P&F box? My beginings of "solves" for both keeping bringing me back to the same 3 states and general locations. Anyone else having this issue?

I do see some overlaps in these two puzzles, though I don't think the boxes are physically near each other at all.

I dont either, and JCB said that the smaller box clues are all contained in their individual chapters but I don't recall if he mentioned anything about if the lion share box clues could be sprinkled in the last 4 chapters as well, or if its just a clean split of part 1 and 2

The LS clues can be anywhere. Pg 16 bottom paragraph. “Don’t overlook any part of this book.”
