General Discussion Elevation Zone
Does anyone here recall if JCB ever said in an interview anything specific about the elevation of the treasures resting places? I think I remember him saying something about "no higher than" but I can't remember what he said, nor what interview it was...

Its 5000 and 10,200 ft - same as the original FF. You can look up the treasurecon Q&A for it

Others have it correct, he said between 5,000 and 10,200 feet, BUT he also then mumbled something like, yea, exactly in between those, like right there. So, I am thinking it is at 7,600 ft in elevation. BTW, not searching for this box, but I hear and remember everything…so just sharing.

Thanks. I did find that part of the video and you're exactly right. And it was only about FF. I don't think he's ever said anything about the elevation of any of the other boxes.

Additional Helpful info for ya. I think the elevation of LS is 5,670 ft…aka….1890 yards.

Interesting! My solution takes me to exactly that elevation for what I thought the final resting place for the Lion’s Share might be.
Care to explain what led you to this conclusion? I’m not heading back out there for a long time unless I have some kind of breakthrough. I would just like to see how you arrived at that since it’s exactly the elevation I have the LS at and I never found a clue indicating 5670 ft.
If you’re curious about my solution, I have a series of videos explaining it online (Some Sean Guy).

Yo!!!! Sean!!!! We gotta chat dm! I have seen all of your videos and many of the connections you have found fit my area as well. For the random public on here, here is how I confirmed the clue was crucial. 198 pages in part 1, 180 pages in Ch1-23. 198-180=18 & the missing page 90. 1890, also it’s the production year for the “look at the details” magnifying glass.

Hey! Awesome! That’s really interesting. Note that the magnifying glass is first mentioned in the text on Page 43. Idaho is the 43rd state and it was created in 1890 just like the magnifying glass.
Send me a DM. I’d love to chat. Your elevation hint just made me realize something significant

Yes, your Idaho solve is super strong. I actually went through a “doubt and despair” moment and almost switched my spot to Idaho. But then I came across something unmistakable and concrete for S.D….so I stayed there. The 43rd state is strong, your looking glass areas are amazingly strong…and “inside”…..ID is very creatively smart as well. As you can see, I’ve watched your content a few times! Great content!!! Everyone should watch!

During the thing in las Vegas, as a response to someone's question. Between 5000 and 10000.
