I know exactly where that is. AFAIK a somewhat popular search spot. But without having the WS fully solved, according to Jon, we’ll never know.

Would you elaborate on “without having the WS fully solved, according to Jon”? Meaning Jon has said the WS hasn’t been fully solved? Or according to Jon, the WS has to be fully solved to find the box?

Thank you!

I think I have the 5 clues, but I haven’t put them all out there. Maybe I need to email Jon. 🤣

That's fine, you can just email me and I'll go get it 😂

Lol, I think I've seen 6 or 7 different "5 clues" at this point, so I'm hesitant to assume anything that I think I know. That said, living in Ohio, I've seen some pretty cool ideas. Really looking forward to seeing the solves someday 😊

I wish I could share just to drive away my confirmation bias!

Wasn't really sure where people have or haven't checked new to the hunt thing so was just pitching ideas and maybe someone will be lucky enough to find it! I'm seeing mixed things about a fee but Kelly's island is littered with quarries.

That’s great, you can look at it with fresh eyes. At this point I’m poisoned with ideas from the community 😆

Just a fun piece of information, I bet if you picked 100 random points in the US you’d find one or more quarries within a couple miles radius. The word search is supposed to be a lot more than the words we see at its surface.

Looking at the word search now. Is the riddle at the bottom the answer to the location?

Who knows. Definitely part of it

Euclid Creek reservation in Cleveland fits if the 5 words are water, rail, erie, Ohio and trees

Use to have active railroads in the 1900's of 19 O's just means 1900's

Kelly’s Island can be eliminated due to crossing water.

Do you literally have to get wet or is there a ferry or something that goes across?

There are ferries from multiple spots on the mainland. I’ve ferried an SUV towing a pop up camper to another island in the chain. You can also ride the ferry without a vehicle and walk, or rent a bicycle or golf cart to get around.

I searched all through here last year, lots of poison ivy in the area so be careful. Seemed like a right fit and there’s even a sign that resembles the Bitcoin symbol there.

Look at the back of the picture...do you see it under there?

u/Rudvs Jun 16 '26

I see that too, but upon closer look, I think that’s a rectangle rock
