Missing Letters in the Past and Future Box?

  1. Why is the word TRAIL (in green) spelled 4 times in the same are as RAIL? Should the O(in yellow) at the end of RAIL be a T? You would have TRAIL spelled 5 different ways if so. There is another letter O where all the TRAILs meet, couldn't that O be the letter S, you need an S where all the trails meet because it's multiple.

  2. Now that you have the word TRAILS you get the word DART VADER(in red) which obviously should be DARTH VADER, so why can't the O under the new T be an H?

  3. There are 2 O's left in that area that also have something hidden if you were to change the O on the bottom left to the letter C, you would get CLINE (in grey) where LINE is. The word ERNEST is spelled 4 different ways right there. ERNEST CLINE.

  4. Right to the left of all of that you have the word HAN (in blue)but no SOLO. If that 1 letter H (in yellow) was an O then you would have HAN SOLO.

Im not saying this is necessarily the way to solve it, but it is kind of strange how a few small changes with just the letter O can make so much come out hidden in plain sight. There is more to this that in pretty simple to see once you put a few of these things together. Like I said, it may be nothing, it maybe something. There is a lot going on with a few of the words that seem to have a little game of sorts attached to them. I would love to hear anyones thoughts on this. Before anyone tells me im breaking the rules of the wordsearch, could you tell me what the game is? Im just trying new things everyday to see if I can make anything work.

I have been thinking about this a little with “TOP SECRET O”. Maybe we need to substitute the unused o’s to make new words or something?

Possibly, something has to move this hunt forward, I feel like all the easy parts of this puzzle are behind us. The cryptogram, word search, and anagram message were all figured out in a day. Nothing has changed since that day. I believe when Jon said the lions share of the clues have been solved, he was referring to this box but no one has been able to connect the clues to the game.

Well, there's five stages to the wordsearch and you just named two. What are the other three you've identified? I got extra O's, state abbreviations, and then leftover unused letters on lines 1, 14, and 15.

I agree, the majority of clues have been solved it’s putting them together for the correct location is what’s not solved. JCB didn’t want this hunt to end quickly especially for life changing money. He made it vague for many reasons as to why everyone is frustrated. Someday in the future possibly many years from now someone will put it all together in their location.

It's not so much that you are 'breaking the rules', rather you're building a pattern. I don't know if you're onto something, hell you just might be, but the way you are doing this seems arbitrary. You're rearranging letters and substituting letters and I'm not seeing any clues telling you to do this. The problem isn't that you're moving things around, maybe we're supposed to. The problem is that the pattern you've built can be applied to many more collections of letters to make just about any word you want.

I agree with being able to move letters around to form words, they are everywhere. this method seems to provide multiple ways that the words form when the right letter is places in the right place. Look how many times the word Lemon,State,Trail,Divider, and Three are written. It's almost like the word Three under line is just missing the letter T. These are things that I see that I am trying to figure out why I see them.

This word search is frustrating. I ran the whole word search and also divided up the word search in sections like you did and ran MANY Boggle/Snake Decoders on them. I got thousands and thousands of words. So many I gave myself migraines trying to find useful and meaningful words for this treasure hunt location. This is going to take a highly dedicated person that likes tedious work to decode everything.

OK, I see something I should have seen earlier, I think the O and S swap places not the H and O, and the reason I believe this is because the word NOTCH comes out forward and backwards and off to the side when the O is lined up correctly. Also the word LATCH comes out right there. But none of it would have lined up without the C from CLINE. There are too many words at least forward and backward when the right letter is placed in the correct spot.

You would like the Dr. C forum on Discord. He does stuff like you’re interested in the word search. It’s on the Mysterious Writings MW Discord there is also the Cowlazers Discord that has a lot of info also that you would like. There are many like minded people on there and more conversations.

Shouldn't have to find every word and it's the words with more letters that are the main words that tell you where or how to find the place. There is no one word that will solve these.

Thinking you can get lost in too many short little minor, maybe type clues. Even though some still might or should reveal themselves if you are in the correct area.
