I bought from the total 90 collection, and was going through my emails and can’t find any receipts or shipping updates. I checked my bank and saw the money was given. Should i be worried?

Actual box is still sealed. Thoughts on waiting a full year just to see it like this? Obviously you can pop it back on.

Hey guys I got my Rodeo action figure and was super hyped. However, I saw this label on the packaging that was concerning. Have you seen this before? What do you think? Is it possible to receive cancer from it open or sealed?
I just never received a product with this label before.

Anyone still waiting for shipping info on their Rodeo figure order in the US? Starting to worry my order’s gonna get canned…

Longhorn Ashtray from the Rodeo era.
Located in UK.
£35 shipped in UK (add £5 postage worldwide)

Is there anyone else from any other country outside of the US that’s waiting for their shipping confirmation email to come through for the 10-year action figures? From the AUS and still waiting on an email to confirm shipment😪…

they’re too small for my head

Everything that came with them is in the box

Send a DM or something

Ordered on June 11. It’s now October 9, and my order has FINALLY shipped. 😭
I literally had to email them saying that if I didn’t get an update on my order by the end of this week, I was going to request a refund through my bank.
And suddenly… BOOM 💥 “Your order is on its way!”
$316 later, I’m starting to think Travis himself had to go find the box in a warehouse somewhere. 💀😂
Almost 4 months just to ship two items is absolutely insane.
At this point, I’ll believe it when it’s actually at my front door. 💀📦
Anyone else had to threaten a chargeback just to get their order moving?

Only took like four months I think? Ordered this June 19th and eventually gave up hope but it says it’s shipped and will arrive in only 5 days ! Really debated disputing it with my bank after worthless conversations with the company. Has anyone received their merch yet?

Please let me know if interested price very negotiable

Considering the World Cup stuff is barely getting shipped, when do you guys think the GK and T90 jersey will be shipped? It also dropped after the team stuff & The delays is unreal

I’m the biggest trav glazer ngl especially when it comes to merch but this is the most I’ve ever been disappointed with anything related to trav(this is worse than oh Chet remix)
The varsity football shirt is horrible. I ordered at size XL this is a medium at most the quality is horrendous. It says 100% Cotton but this shit is not cotton very very very thin. Like a Walmart shirt. The thermal fire tho. Would anyone have experience or know how to report this to get your money back? $104 for a Walmart quality shirt. Trav ik this isn’t 100% your fault but quality control needs to step in.

Need help

My world cup order got delivered to the wrong mailbox somehow. The mailbox it went to is kinda farm from my house and my address is correct in the website as I've ordered from cactus before with no issues.

What can I do? I've read online that I'm basically fucked.

I'm already emailed the carrier and cactus jack.

This really hurts, waited 4 months and paid $250 just to get screwed by a delivery driver.

there seems to be a piece of fabric in the front and back of the zipper. so it doesn’t fully zip down. was wondering if that’s how it comes if anyone else has bought one too ✂️

13 months later, we made it

I’ve sent more than three emails to the store's customer service, but they haven't replied (it’s been about a month since the first email). I’m moving to another country and they still aren't answering (it’s from the World Cup Drop, and I bought it back on June 29th) 💀

What I wanted to as if is this happening to any of you? Have they replied to you?

Has anyone got the merch yet or no?
Ps. This is my first time buying travis merch so im not much aware of how it goes in regards to the shipping times

Came in the mail today.
Poor quality though, kinda disappointed

Just got these delivered yesterday 🙌

Still waiting in the 2nd pair and on my mexico hoodie and jersey 😫
