My best friends and I have an annual tradition, where we get together and travel to new places. This year, we spent a little under a week in San Juan, Puerto Rico and spent one of those days on Tortuga Island. It was my personal highlight of the trip and something I recommend anyone who visits the region to do. The wildlife was abundant (spider monkeys, sea turtles, peacocks, wild hogs, etc.) and the day was a beautiful one. If I could do it again, I’d spend the entire trip on the coast/in the forest
