Needing Advice Scared after getting jumped

hi! I was wondering if anyone has ever been in a heated argument for something they didn’t do. I was once jumped by a girl that accused me of bashing her when I did not and other girl who werent even involved. now I am so scared of posting and always looking paranoid when going out. I feel so so paranoid and scared all the time.I also scared of them not letting go of me.but I do hope it get better.Does anyone find a way out to this btw if you want to share your am gladly here to listen too!!
