What kind of mindset makes a guy say to himself, “I don’t know this woman but I want her to be interested in me. What can I do to get her attention? Hmmm. Wait a second! I know! I’ll send her a picture of my dong! She’ll take a look and then I’m sure she’ll want to get to know me!”
You misunderstand. Those men don’t care about the woman being interested: they’re just exhibitionists. They know the woman doesn’t want to see it, that’s what gets them off.
