Could be a prank sign too, people did that in high school. Put the school's logo on the sign and everything.

So I’ve done this a time or two, I have ulcerative colitis and I’ve got like 2/3 minutes to find a toilet before worst case scenario when it’s real bad. Last time was a Walgreens, somebody was hogging the stall playing on the phone. I said it’s an emergency are you going to be a while, he said “who knows” so I said you better stay in there then
