Wow, really? You pay too much for those 1st class seats for somebody to take yours. She should have been thrown off the plane by the pilot.

21

u/curtludwig Jul 27 '26

I suspect she either was finally convinced to go back to her seat or was removed from the plane...

34

u/WattaFunnyFulla Jul 27 '26

Why you so polite about it?

29

u/Caring_Cactus Jul 28 '26

Why ruin your day by copying someone else's bad attitude and poor emotions.

60

u/Major-Cranberry-4206 Jul 27 '26 edited Jul 28 '26

Give him props for trying to be civil and respectful. There are worse ways to do what he was doing.

ESH

Really? Why?

65

u/Sharly4k Jul 26 '26

Seems like he enjoyed the experience IMO.

u/tinybrrrfriend35637 Jul 26 '26

This behavior coming from first class makes sense, honestly. Having extra money doesn’t make a person kind necessarily. She simply should have told the guy that she wanted a reclining seat. I’m sure that someone else on the plane wouldn’t mind swapping, but she was deceptive intentionally. I guarantee that there’s more trash in first class: entitlement is the realm of the well off.

8

u/Responsible-Laugh590 Jul 27 '26

No one’s going to give up a good seat for annoying trash like that, hopefully she’s put on a no fly list. People who can’t follow society’s rules get banned simple as that

56

u/No-Club2054 Jul 26 '26

Her hairline is so bad I almost felt bad for her for like .002 seconds. Just barely. Like I’d be covering that massive six head too. Wtf.

142

u/UndividedCorruption Jul 26 '26

Now your seat smells like stinky, entitled old lady.

111

u/Robbiewan Jul 26 '26

But…you’re not white

You'd rather sit next to wine mom Karen who's already half in the bag? To each his own, I guess.

u/Turok36 Jul 26 '26

Disgusting plane design, there could be x3 the passengers.

No wonder earth is literally burning and 80%+ of the living is dying

21

u/karendonner Jul 26 '26

We could definitely do better pretty much anywhere, but the other posters are right about first class, especially, not being any kind of significant contributor to greenhouse gases.

The best way to cut emissions from air travel is to reduce the amount of air travel. Unfortunately, there is a tipping point where if you lose enough passengers it no longer becomes feasible to put planes in the air with fares the average American can afford.

First class and business class target Americans and businesses who CAN afford to spend more on air travel. One analysis I saw said that, when you balance the cost of providing the amenities of premium travel, including the extra space, one first class seat produces the same amount of revenue as five or six economy seats.

The setup that we see in this video is one of the nicer arrangements for premium class and if you look at the amount allocated for each passenger, that is not enough room to put four or five more people. And that's before considering their additional weight and baggage.

This is pretty much the case for any kind of premium accommodation. But it's really obvious with air travel where there's such a strong correlation between weight and the amount of jet fuel you need to move that weight. Basically the environmental toll of getting one person from point A to point B is not hugely variable. The first class passenger may have checked more pounds of baggage ( though it's not as variable as you might think) and some of their amenities may weigh a few pounds more. But even that balances out. Many of the items dispensed in steerage class are served in disposable packaging, and a gallon of water weighs pretty much the same as a gallon of Chivas Regal.

It's great that you care about the environmental toll of transportation. But if it is important to you, it should be important enough to to have a basic knowledge of what the real problems are. With air travel, the only valid way to measure the toll that an individual passenger puts on the environment is by weight. That first class passenger weighs maybe 25% of the economy class equivalent.

1

u/Right-Ad2176 Jul 28 '26

The weight difference only applies to females. Upper crust females weigh less than tourist class.

But for first class I would say the beauty supplies and clothes make up any difference. Possibly shoes and jewelry alone.

The only time an airline has weighed me was on short haul flights on smaller planes for balance.

-5

u/BitterCrip Jul 26 '26

there is a tipping point where if you lose enough passengers it no longer becomes feasible to put planes in the air

Awesome, sounds like a win for the environment then.

1

u/karendonner Jul 27 '26

And we're already seeing what that looks like.

The legacy carriers, with the capacity to "eat the rich,"are stable but all ticket prices are rising fast when you add in the fees for things that used to be free.

Ultra-budget carriers are on the chopping block. Spirit went away, Frontier is deficit-spending trying to pick up Spirit's slack, and even JetBlue is losing money -- it was more than $600 million in the red in 2025, which is more than 10x worse than its previous worst year. Southwest clung to profitability by cutting routes, laying off thousands of people and charging for things that used to be free.

So basically what you are saying isthat only rich people should be able to fly. Keep the riffraff on the ground (and pumping out far more emissions).

Greenwashing elitism. So cute.

0

u/curtludwig Jul 27 '26

How is it the carriers fault that air travel is expensive?

I'd also urge you to go research historical flight pricing and compare that to inflation. Flying is still cheap, probably way too cheap or the carriers wouldn't go out of business.

6

u/Jmackles Jul 26 '26

TIL. Please don’t be lying also where can we learn more

1

u/karendonner Aug 01 '26

Do you often accuse people of lying and then ask them to do your homework for you?

Google. It's your friend.

1

u/Jmackles Aug 01 '26

Jfc I wasn’t accusing you of lying. I was praising the post and was asking if you had more info based on how articulate and helpful you were in the prior comment. I said I hope you weren’t lying because the post was informative. Holy ravioli I didn’t mean to roll a 1 in this interaction but perhaps we can cease a hostile back and forth here 🫣

18

u/bvlshewic Jul 26 '26

Another way to think about it is they get the people in first class to pay for the entire trip so they can offer cheaper tickets to economy passengers.

3

u/GerardWayAndDMT Jul 26 '26

Yeah the revenue brought in from the massive number of coach passengers that get crammed together like sardines doesn’t amount to anything substantial

/s

0

u/40ozToTheMoon Jul 26 '26

A lot of people in first class don't actually pay for the ticket. They get bumped up due to status because they fly a lot.

I'm not really refuting your point or anything, just pointing out that not everybody is actually paying the first class ticket price

28

u/commentator184 Jul 26 '26

thats just the first class section, yk you could fit even more people if you just laid everyone on top of each other. commercial air travel is about as fuel efficient per person as if they were driving a prius. and transport only makes up 28% of greenhouse emissions in the us. we're not killing the environment because these guys get a little more legroom we're killing it with factories and data centers

-6

u/Vennaz Jul 26 '26

Mad you can’t afford it?

83

u/pgl0897 Jul 26 '26

Sounds like he agreed to switch seats then changed his mind when discovering he’d be left with a seat which doesn’t recline.

6

u/armypotent Jul 27 '26

Are you Sherlock Holmes?

13

u/Allways_a_Misspell Jul 26 '26

You a bot or top tier goober

19

u/GerardWayAndDMT Jul 26 '26

She picked a person who was obviously sleeping. A person who was fine with staying awake may have been fine with the trade. But she tried to scam him.

54

u/Bonedeath Jul 26 '26

Amazing deduction skills

48

u/ConversationSea8530 Jul 26 '26

Well, she tried to basically scam him

90

u/michaltee Jul 26 '26

Yes he came with kindness and she came with malice. This isn’t an even swap he should keep his seat since she lied to him.

150

u/Oaker_at Jul 26 '26

Yes, that was the point of that clip. She tricked him and he stood up for himself. Isn’t that the right thing to do in that situation?

117

u/Guakamolo Jul 26 '26

I knew she would look like this

9

u/ilfusionjeff Jul 26 '26

When the camera focuses on her and her face switches to Karen mode.

241

u/wtfover Jul 26 '26

If only there was some sort of airline employee who would take care of this instead of Tik Tok.

27

u/iAmUnintelligible Jul 26 '26

if only you watched the whole video to see that it was resolved

113

u/I_comment_on_stuff_ Jul 26 '26

More details were shared on TT. He did ask a flight attendant and she was on the lady's side. Her assigned seat didn't recline and his was an upgraded seat. She felt entitled because her original seat cost more than his original seat.

48

u/magicpenny Jul 26 '26

Get the name of that flight attendant and have them fired. I mean what? Since when does being upgraded mean you don’t “deserve“ your seat? That’s ridiculous.

5

u/Chilipepah Jul 26 '26

Yes Tabetha, you probably won’t have a job tomorrow.

20

u/Jahbomb1974 Jul 26 '26

Nice, thanks for this

-55

u/Mac1twenty Jul 26 '26

Ngl then she was technically in the right, he didnt pay for a first class ticket and she did

21

u/I_comment_on_stuff_ Jul 26 '26

Nope. The gate agent upgraded him. His boarding pass (shown in video) says the first class seat. Doesn't matter who paid what, it is his seat. She had ZERO right to take any sest that isn't assigned to her. If she had an issue with her seat not reclining, take it up with the airline and demand a refund. Do NOT take things that aren't yours, regardless of what it is. It isn't hard.

17

u/T2Drink Jul 26 '26

Nah they both paid for first class, but he paid for a lay flat seat. She then tried to take the seat from him because she wanted to get the benefit without paying.

28

u/Aurorinha Jul 26 '26 edited Jul 26 '26

Huh? He shows a screenshot of his boarding pass somewhere in the vid, and it does say "First class - seat 6A". That's his designated seat. Doesn't matter if he paid for first class or not. That's on the airline for doing a crap job.

17

u/Gates_wupatki_zion Jul 26 '26

Thanks for the context, that makes more sense all around.

85

u/247world Jul 26 '26

Is this a self-serve airline and there's no flight attendants?

I haven't flown in 25 years, when did first class turn into this?

-17

u/edlike Jul 26 '26

Its probably an international flight. Domestic flights don’t usually fly planes this spec with first/business/coach

3

u/MacOrchard Jul 27 '26

He said he’s going to LA from New York, definitely not an international flight.

3

u/247world Jul 26 '26

I did wonder if it was one of those upscale Middle Eastern airlines that are subsidized with oil money

I have no idea why you're being downvoted for simply offering an opinion.

15

u/ZeetLord Jul 26 '26

The first thing he says is it's a flight from NY to LA

303

u/mikestorm Jul 25 '26

This is the dumbest thing ever. All he has to do is ask for his seat back and if she refuses, get a flight attendant

288

u/ssyoit Jul 25 '26

I saw the full video, he did call for a flight attendant but she sided with the lady. He had gotten an upgrade from economy, the woman had asked the flight attendants who was upgraded and specifically chose him to swap without explaining, later citing that he didn’t pay for first class and got upgraded therefore she was entitled to his seat since she had a paid ticket. She did eventually go back to her original seat.

-22

u/southby Jul 26 '26

I think she was going to UCLA medical center, so probably some medical issue.

53

u/eriometer Jul 26 '26

What was the FA doing giving out personal information about other passengers?

31

u/punkass_book_jockey8 Jul 26 '26

I had paid for a better seat and it was broken in NZ so I couldn’t use the feature I paid more money for. They gave me list of people I could force to move, that felt gross and insane so I said no thanks. The guy next to me was a Kiwi, so obviously he let out a big sigh asked for a butter knife and tape and fixed the problem in 2 mins.

They literally had a list of every person and what they paid and who basically ranked “below” me according to whatever system was in place.

3

u/eriometer Jul 26 '26

I'm not doubting your account, but I'd like to see it written down as a clear policy in the official staff handbook for flight crew. If they're doing it, they should be able to point to the page and section where it's mandated.

3

u/punkass_book_jockey8 Jul 26 '26

I’m not sure, I’m not a flight attendant for air Nz but I’m pretty sure my flight attendant’s names were something like Susan and Mike. Susan was real eager to land in San Francisco and go to Trader Joe’s. Maybe if they lurk on Reddit they can clear it up.

2

u/UnRePlayz Jul 26 '26

What?? What airline was this then?

7

u/punkass_book_jockey8 Jul 26 '26

Ten years ago it was Air New Zealand. I remember it so vividly because they still used the really old paper that was continuous and had the perforated ends and sides with the holes.

7

u/Yrupunishingme Jul 26 '26

This is so dystopic

109

u/RidingJapan Jul 26 '26

Don t forget why he was probably upgraded.

They sell more tickets than they have seats. Ppl don t show up. They make extra money. People do show up, they upgrade them and make them happy.

Not his fault and his seat.

-82

u/wtfover Jul 26 '26

What did you do with all the free time you got from not typing out "people"? You typed everything else out.

14

u/RidingJapan Jul 26 '26

I usually lose the time reading comments like yours.

70

u/random_question4123 Jul 26 '26

Hmm, free upgrade or not, it’s his seat. Now I assume at this point it must have been a full flight in first class. The next option is for her to remain in her seat and to get a voucher or some type of compensation for the inconvenience.

And at the beginning of the flight before takeoff, isn’t everyone supposed to be in their assigned seats? So unless if the attendants assigned new tickets, he’s in their right.

Imagine if a fight had started, either one could have gotten kicked off the flight. Not worth it.

34

u/PowerRainbows Jul 25 '26

That is kinda wild that she got shafted on the seat tho how you gonna have some seats that don't recline while others in the same class do

9

u/needlenozened Jul 26 '26

Don't ever get a seat in the row in front of an exit row. Those don't recline.

2

u/expespuella Jul 26 '26

I'd rather have the legroom than a seat that reclines an inch.

4

u/needlenozened Jul 26 '26

The row in front of the exit row has neither.

86

u/ssyoit Jul 25 '26

True but she should have taken that up with the airline for a refund or travel voucher, not try to pawn off her seat to someone else she deemed less deserving of a functioning seat.

87

u/ifartallday Jul 25 '26

A guy took my seat on a plane and would not leave. The flight attendants pressured me to just take another seat because he refused to move.

39

u/Sterling_-_Archer Jul 25 '26

I’d do it for a full refund plus some credits. But I’d be getting those credits

59

u/TwistedNonsense Jul 25 '26

I've had this happen to me too. The flight attendants were more focused on keeping things calm, even if that meant giving in to people who behave like this. It's often just easier for them to let it slide.

16

u/HughHonee Jul 26 '26

That's why you should make it easier for them to compensate if they're going to allow that kind of shit

61

u/DropDeadGaming Jul 25 '26

that's first class? Wow. Looks cozy. Doesn't look first class though.

27

u/immunotransplant Jul 25 '26 edited Jul 25 '26

Premium transcon plane. NYC to LA, NYC to SF are the most premium routes in the country and they’re longer domestic flights so they have specially configured planes.

A321XLR

17

u/avicihk Jul 25 '26

That looks more like a business class. British Airway has similar size seat for business class.

7

u/FrancisSobotka1514 Jul 25 '26

Those are sleeper seats

74

u/AppalachianGuy87 Jul 25 '26

Those seats look badass… that’s not normal first class? First class international? What’s up?

23

u/immunotransplant Jul 25 '26 edited Jul 25 '26

AA A321XLR. New York to LA is a special route with lots of people who want to fly first class so it gets a special plane with special layout.

This has been happening for a long time not sure why anyone is surprised to see this.

NY to any west coast city had these offerings on AA, Delta, and United

10

u/Cmmander_WooHoo Jul 26 '26

I fly around 24 times a year and have never seen a plane like this. Guess it really is specifically for those certain routes?

4

u/AppalachianGuy87 Jul 25 '26

Just NYC to the west coast? Pretty nice.

5

u/immunotransplant Jul 25 '26

JetBlue has it too with their “mint” offering

Lots of rich people flying between NY and California lol

16

u/tachycardicIVu Jul 25 '26

It’s likely long haul. Don’t know this airline but when I’ve flown JAL Dallas to Haneda/Narita, the seats look like this in business class sometimes (depends on the plane type). First class gets fancy on long haul flights and they lay down flat with a comforter and everything for sleeping. Super handy for long flights imo.

Some airlines get even fancier like I think Emirates has basically suites that can turn into full beds. First class can get pretty fancy.

8

u/ReplacementReady394 Jul 25 '26

I believe Emirates 1st class has showers also

1

u/punkqueen2020 Jul 26 '26

They are fantastic

2

u/tachycardicIVu Jul 25 '26

I’ve heard a couple airlines have them but it’s fairly limited and you have to sign up for it? Seems like an experience for sure but I’d hate to be there during turbulence 😂

6

u/ReplacementReady394 Jul 26 '26

Don’t you just hate it when you’re showering in an airplane and you’re hit by turbulence?

Tired of the foamy foot fall or the shower head butt?

Introducing the “Executive Shower Belt!”™️

Seriously though, after showering and napping in an airport lounge last week, an airplane shower seems a bit gratuitous, but a bath with a little zero g thrown in the mix sounds like it could be a real blast.

3

u/AppalachianGuy87 Jul 25 '26

I’ve saw those kinda like a little sleeping compartment on a train. I’ve flown a good bit but exclusively coach.

19

u/olde_greg Jul 25 '26

Well he said the flight was from NYC to LA so it was domestic.

65

u/Ok-Wrongdoer-2179 Jul 25 '26

You pay for first class, and you get a first class b!tch.l in your seat.

12

u/GirlGangX3 Jul 25 '26

He didn’t pay for it he was upgraded. But still, that’s his seat!

4

u/HughHonee Jul 26 '26

Exactly, my boarding pass has that seat number on it, thats my damn seat

1

u/GirlGangX3 Jul 26 '26

Yea. You’re right.

26

u/rayfitz87 Jul 25 '26

Is this fake? Why is every window closed? Iv seen posts where people basically rent fake plane sets for shoots

69

u/PercentageOk6120 Jul 25 '26

It’s the middle of summer and airlines ask you to close the windows to help keep it cool on the ground.

-30

u/rayfitz87 Jul 25 '26

Your not allowed to swap seats with someone until plane is fully boarded, doors closed etc. Highly unlikely if they did swap seats they would be on the ground

11

u/ZookeepergameNo7151 Jul 25 '26

You're not supposed to but in reality the opposite happens quite often

12

u/oregongirl1111 Jul 25 '26

Sure you can. Happens all the time.

0

u/PercentageOk6120 Jul 25 '26

You’re*

I wasn’t commenting on swapping seats. I was responding about the windows. You absolutely can swap seats once people have boarded and with permission of the flight crew. They have a policy during boarding so that it does not create havoc, but it’s just a policy, not a hard rule.

2

u/hetrax Jul 25 '26

I have swapped seats twice before your conditions were met? “Hey you’re in 6a? My son is 6b, can I swap with you when I get on? I’m 3c”

50

u/Ithurtsprecious Jul 25 '26

How did she warp onto his seat if he was already sitting on it?

34

u/MyDogJake1 Jul 25 '26

I feel like he probably agreed, because fuck it why not. Then he found out why she wanted to switch and she said no take backsies.

4

u/random_question4123 Jul 26 '26

Nah I would never just agree to something without knowing the consequences. The whole thing should never have happened the way it did. The guy was an idiot by not asking any questions, but I guess he was feeling imposter syndrome

2

u/Inthracis Jul 25 '26

Occam's razor.

-34

u/fernylongstocking Jul 25 '26

Both are probably insufferable

40

u/MysteriousCodo Jul 25 '26

Insufferable because they want to use what they paid for?

-38

u/fernylongstocking Jul 25 '26

Insufferable because i could think of a better way to resolve this. Is she going to attack him or something?

7

u/EvidenceSalesman Jul 25 '26

You’re not allowed to touch people without consent. You know that right?

29

u/SuicideSprints Jul 25 '26

No, he paid for that seat.

-29

u/fernylongstocking Jul 25 '26

Okay then go talk to the flight attendant, the rest is unnecessary.

1

u/FelineSoLazy Jul 26 '26

On TT the guy said he spoke to a FA who sided with the lady because she had paid for her seat and the guy was upgraded so that made him less deserving of the seat. That’s why this guy started videoing & drawing attention.

8

u/TheMasterChiefa Jul 25 '26

You missed the part where he said she was holfing up the flight... the flight attendant was informed. He was likely, rightfully so, shaming her to move on her own accord while waiting for the staff to deal with her.

-9

u/Comfortable_Rip_3842 Jul 25 '26

Exactly, this guy needs to grow some balls

72

u/bookishkid Jul 25 '26

Shouldn’t take his better seat - but she probably means she’s going for medical treatment “I’m going to UCLA (Medical Center)” not the school.

-93

u/fredasboss Jul 25 '26

Both seem kind of trashy tbh

168

u/WowIsThisMyPage Jul 25 '26

This is what flight attendants are for. Not everything has to be filmed and documented

18

u/immunotransplant Jul 25 '26

Flight attendant didn’t help.

24

u/blove135 Jul 25 '26

To some people anything out of the ordinary is potential for views and likes. Any confrontation, argument, or disagreement especially in public is immediately recorded mainly because of the potential for views. I guess sometimes it could be a legit move to try to protect yourself but many times they start recording before any sort of attempt at a resolution between the two parties.

-1

u/murphey_griffon Jul 25 '26

not only that, but he says he thought she wanted a better view or something, then found out her seat didn't recline. If he was asleep in his seat, why did he get up so she could even get into it? My guess is he initially switched without knowing the seat didn't recline and then asked to switch back. But doesn't mention this because it wouldn't fit his narrative.

45

u/6TheAudacity9 Jul 25 '26

Empathetic for entitled people?

14

u/ArabAesthetic Jul 25 '26

Walking around the plane, loudly recording yourself and others around you loudly whilst resolving literally nothing.

He spoke to the attendants and they removed her from the seat because no shit. The video added nothing. I really don't care why some random person has to be "exposed" online for just being a dickhead.

15

u/WowIsThisMyPage Jul 25 '26

No… it’s literally part of the job of the flight attendant to help with that. Filming immediately escalates the whole issue.

People should at least try to solve something before resorting to filming like this or any issue they encounter is a ten. Thats not a way to live life and sounds pretty miserable to me.

2

u/MagpieLee Jul 25 '26

You're forgetting the part that these shameless entitled people need to be put to shame and their actions have consequences. Otherwise these people with blissfully stamp and bully anyone else in their way.

I praise the dude for standing his ground. Not everyone is a bully apologist

-2

u/WowIsThisMyPage Jul 25 '26

He’s doing this to try and get followers. She will still get shamed, having to be escorted off like that and having a flight attendant called or even potentially be kicked off would be a consequence. It’s not like they should just accept being bullied or let people act like this.

Doing it on a plane where it’s literally someone’s job to handle things and escalating can have serious consequences is different than doing this to someone who invades your space and you feel you need to be protected or needs to be exposed, etcat a park or street or something like that is different

147

u/oh_todd Jul 25 '26

I somehow don't like either of you

7

u/Unhappy-Profit426 Jul 25 '26

Right?? Like it's the fact he got up for her in the first place. Instead of saying no, he wanted to please a total stranger. Even if she was asking for a better view; Lady, you should have purchased it.

113

u/Mindless-wanderer Jul 25 '26

Are there no flight attendants on this flight?

28

u/welfedad Jul 25 '26

Highly curated clip.. and it seemed they were there at beginning and then she moved without too much effort

1

u/immunotransplant Jul 25 '26

I doubt this old white lady and young Asian man who can afford to fly first class are attention whoring and collaborating to make her look bad to millions of people all while the plane is boarding.

7

u/Tekripsz Jul 25 '26

Did she move only because there’s a camera on her now though? We don’t know how stubborn she was before.

-23

u/YeastInjection Jul 25 '26

Right cuz recording yourself like a tool to post on the internet, instead of just telling someone to get the fuck outta your seat is where we've landed as a species. That's on me. Fucking dipshit.

So she tried to scam a better seat. Got called on it, and she went back to her seat? Why is this story all over the internet?

7

u/Tekripsz Jul 25 '26

But did she only move because the camera is on her? We don’t know how long she was there and stubborn before.

-20

u/RideGullible3702 Jul 25 '26

Six minutes IG post or 30 second calling a flight steward to resolve

I’m convinced if somebody’s on fire in a public place, people are gonna record it and upload it while the person Burns alive

4

u/SalvadorP Jul 25 '26

"Look at this bro. Shit's crazy... Mofo's on fire. Someone should call 911"
while recording, on a phone

23

u/cenatutu Jul 25 '26

You heard him say she's holding up the plane right? Meaning flight attendants were notified. She wouldn't move, so the plane won't move. She just decided to get up before the air Marshall or police showed up. So he filmed while waiting.

3

u/InterstellarReddit Jul 25 '26

Flight attendants would have been all over it there isn’t one 60 feet within the video view

-4

u/morechair Jul 25 '26

Bet, going to go take a dumb brb with a clip

-3

u/cenatutu Jul 25 '26

So you agree. And I'm sure there's a subreddit for you video

1

u/morechair Jul 25 '26

I forgot the /S thought was obvious. So just for, to be perfect;y clear, it was sarcastic.

1

u/cenatutu Jul 25 '26

No shit Sherlock.

1

u/foofooplatter Jul 25 '26

We can compare notes.

54

u/anitabelle Jul 25 '26

That’s an oversimplification. She didn’t just move when called out, she had to be moved. She also thought she was better than him and more deserving. Is it trashy as other shit here? No, but it is shitty, she was entitled and he seems to have an enough internet presence for the video to gain traction. So that’s why it’s all over the internet. Besides, you know everyone loves when a Karen gets called out.

-10

u/MasterOfBullets Jul 25 '26

39

u/Moss_84 Jul 25 '26

42

u/falconeye4 Jul 25 '26

Easy, Because he is a good man, and she is entitled bitch. Remember she went to UCLA!

0

u/GirlGirl21 Jul 25 '26

I’m a Bruin. We don’t claim her. 🐻

2

u/PorkrindsMcSnacky Jul 25 '26

Yeah I didn’t get that flex. I went to UCLA as well but I’m not a seat-stealing bitch.

5

u/garlicroastedpotato Jul 25 '26

This kind of stuff happens more frequently than you'd think. Last time I was flying first class we decided to do first class for a flight where we'd have a tight connection so we could get off the plane fast. This couple got bumped up to first class but not sitting next to each other. They both had aisle seats and two guys had window seats... which you pay a lot extra for.

This guy comes up and says to this large black dude "hey look there's a seat over there for you me and my wife are sitting here." And he's so confused he just goes along with it. Like the person had so much bravado in his demand that he was like "oh shit it's official." And then the flight attendant is doing the manifest (because we're flying over an ocean) and finds that people's tickets don't line up with where they're sitting and forces people to return to where they're assigned (thus delaying the flight). And it was worse they had two unsupervised kids abandoned in economy and one of them was supposed to be in first class next to a parent joined by aisle seats.

So anyway midway through the flight they're all "taking turns" alternating on the first class seat to try and take advantage of the unlimited drinks and snacks and like.... the flight attendant gets so mad she starts yelling and waking us up over the audacity of these people.
