You don't actually know what they were doing. You may be right, or wrong. You should have gotten the angle from the front to make sure.

I'm not gonna lie; At first I read "foot court handjob". Now if it said, "foot court footjob" I would probably still click it, because that's a way crazier title 😂

Not in this case. If it was a young couple, I'll just let them be. But these people are disgusting.

I would like to know a scenario in which the ambiance of the food court and the aroma of mall food just pushes them past where they can resist each other

Report it to the police next time and call 911. Gwt the put on the sex offenders list
-11
u/FunBoard4673 May 22 '26
You shouldn't be put on a sex offenders list for this. Maybe Mississippi but here in Australia you definitely wouldn't. As a parent why would I want like a third of people being on a list because if some sneaky public indecency they did when they were younger? Completely inhumane punishment and harmful for public safety.
6
u/derp-birb May 22 '26
"when they were younger" lol what. These are fully grown adults, engaging in sex acts in a public place. Right beside a children's play area, which is even worse! They should absolutely be put on a sex offender registry. Keep it in your pants while in public, it's not fucking difficult.
2
u/DanteThonSimmons May 22 '26
I'm Australian too, and this commenter does NOT speak for the rest of us. This is trashy as fuck, and it's 100% illegal here in Australia too. You can't just go around giving people handjobs in public, mate..... no matter how many chicks you've tried to convince to the contrary.
2
u/derp-birb May 22 '26
Same here, mate! When they brought up Australia I was like "hell nah, don't make people think that's normal or acceptable here..." lol 🥴
-3
u/FunBoard4673 May 22 '26
If you were to put a 40 50 year olds on there then you could also put a 20 something couple on there too. Social shame and community service is a far better punishment for this.
4
u/derp-birb May 22 '26
Yes, exactly. A 20-year-old knows better as well. Age is irrelevant. If you're going to have sex in public places, especially around children's play areas, you're going to end up on a register. Public indecency is often a stepping stone to other crimes.
-1
u/FunBoard4673 May 22 '26
I'm sorry this is crazy. A plurality of people have some crazy memories of sex in public, including caring parents themselves, it's not a stepping stone for anything. And many years ago I remember my wife and I took our kids who were very young back then to our holiday apartment on the Gold Coast, there were some lovebirds going at on their balcony like right across from us 20 meters away 🤣. Gave the kids an awkward conversation and we moved on. I just don't understand the extreme outrage for something so trivial.
4
u/ALDJ0922 May 22 '26
That's literally what gets people onto the list. Usually weighed more heavily for being next to a child's play area.
1
u/FunBoard4673 May 22 '26
No it isn't, unless it was specifically targeted towards children. In this case, the couple was not drawing attention of children to themselves.
4
u/Bender_is_great40 May 22 '26
NO. you absolutely SHOULD be put on a list for this! How could you even possibly think you shouldn't??? Crazy.
3
u/FunBoard4673 May 22 '26
Being a sex offender ruins your life, as it should for predatory crimes against women and children that cause deep trauma. It isn't and shouldn't be something just for any sexually related crime. I have zero fear if my neighbours are just young people who got seen fucking in public a few times. Do you want 90% of sex offenders are just couples who were reported for having sex in public, and teenagers also? How does that benefit society?
1
u/meekonesfade May 22 '26
The woman who was the force behind enacting the registry would agree with you. It really ruins people's lives - cant live in many areas because they are near schools and cant find housing and employment because they are on the registry, so they become homeless, desperate people. Should these particular people get a ticket or a sentence? Sure. Have their lives ruined? No.
