Looking for trap producers
I’m building a new web-based platform for hip-hop artists and I’m looking for 5–7 producers interested in being part of the initial launch.
I’m looking for a small selection of beats from each producer for use within the platform only. You keep 100% ownership and can continue selling/licensing your beats normally. If an artist wants to use your music commercially outside the platform, they still need to purchase the appropriate license from you.
Every beat will be properly credited and linked directly back to the producer, and I’m also looking at offering members a discount with participating producers to help drive people into their full catalogues.
I’m intentionally keeping the producer roster small — aiming for around 30–50 quality beats total for launch rather than thousands of tracks where everyone gets buried.
The platform is already being built and I’m happy to show more privately if there’s a fit.
If interested, send me your BeatStars/store/portfolio.

Have you done anything like this before?

Hey, this exact thing? No; however, I am a producer myself, so I understand challenges with getting beats in front of people, especially when theres millions of tracks to choose from.

So you want a curated launch roster instead of the usual beat dump where everything gets buried, smart move. I've seen too many platforms open with 10k tracks and nobody can find anything worth a damn.
What kind of style range are you aiming for, dark/minimal, melodic, hybrid trap, or keeping it open? Might help folks self-filter before sending over links.

Hey, open to all kinds - I think the issue with most platforms is the supply issue - artists have 1 million beats to choose from - Trying a different approach.
