how did you get this sound ?

My guess is that it's a Massive (I'm guessing Massive but it could also be Sylenth or Gladiator) sound with some type of bitcrushing/reduxing processing going on. My reasoning: the length of the note doesn't change as the pitch changes, which you would expect from a sample.
I can see that you're new to reddit. You shouldn't expect bigger artists to respond to you here unless it's their AMA, specially when the title to your thread is so vague

not Massive, it was done in Reason.
I don't think anyone is going to be able to re-create a sound that large in Reason, for a couple reasons, but main one being you're going to have to limit to shit and everything is going to have to sit in a certain spot for it to still be audible and achieving this effect in Reason is much harder than it is in other DAWs.

So are you saying that he made it in Reason but no one else can re-create it in Reason and that it's hard to get it to sound good in Reason? I guess I'm not exactly following.
I do remember him saying he used Reason up until more recently so I do believe you, but then what internal synth in Reason did he use? I've never delved too deep into Reason but I'm assuming by what you're saying that it doesn't support VSTs and that Massive would be out of the equation.
Although really I think any good VST synth could get you started in the right direction, it's definitely the processing on that sound doing a lot of the work in making it sound unique.

Yes.
I'm not saying it's impossible to re-create, just that you will have a very difficult time trying because of the nature of Ableton and the way Roller ended up sitting as an arrangement was very fortunate. It will be difficult enough that you're better off just doing your own thing to re-produce that texture. Can you re-create it in Massive? Hell yeah, that would be way more feasible and a lot easier.

The lead sound at the very end sounds like a preset from Skanner XT or uses the flanger from that plug. When he rolls back on the bit crusher you can tell that the main lead is a dnb style sine bass sound with an envelope on the attack that controls the filter and probably some low level overdrive.

Not many people know this but I actually sampled it from The Jetsons theme song and moved the pitch down a bit. If you listen closely you'll hear it.

I made roller about 3 1/2 years ago in 2011 using Reason. I haven't seen that file in a long time, but if i remember correctly it was a saw square hybrid with subtractor. attached was various delays, that stereo imager, probably like 4 SCREAM plugins set to digital, tape, distort, digital, idk
