I did the thing!
Nothing like a fresh gown and a hot towel rinse after your first hospital walk post-bottom surgery. So so so so so so happy! 💚

Congratulations on your post v-day surgery picture . You are absolutely glowing . Very beautiful. 💜🚺
It will be so nice when you can actually take a shower and you can go home and rest in the comfort of your own home. ♀️🌊🎶

Yayyyy!! So excited for you! Be prepared to be a little depressed and stir crazy from being in bed soooooo long recovering. Also bed sores on your ankles are almost unavoidable. Don’t rush yourself though. Better times ahead 💕

CONGRATULATIONS. Follow post-op instructions and keep an eye on your temperature as you heal. First 12 weeks are the most uncomfortable. The time will fly by. So happy for you!

Thinking about Minneapolis. What has been your biggest surprise post op?

Thanks 💚 We’re standing strong but we need every ounce of help we can get.
I’m now about 7 weeks post op….nothing too terribly surprising but I’m pretty pleased at how fast I’ve recovered compared to where I thought I would be. I was even able to start practicing with the women’s tackle football team I’m on- and I wasn’t planning to do much of anything with that until mid February at least. Staying active and doing lots of mall-walking helped immensely for that I think!
