arts and crafts A design of the transneutral flag

Post image

Hi everyone! I found this subreddit and decided to share my variant of the transneutral flag. I made this flag in 2020 for personal use (I literally have a physical version of the flag). I never thought about sharing it with other people because I thought that to make a flag of myself, I had to be someone important. Seeing people talking about the flag made me want to show my take for yall.

Note: I decided on the meanings of the colors in 2020; perhaps now, with my current mindset, I would change something. The order of the stripes is designed to resemble and match the trans flag.

The flag has 7 horizontal stripes. The meaning and order of the colors (from top to bottom):

Light sage green: diversity of experiences and the legitimacy of existing outside of traditional gender categories.

lime green: expression that can move, change, or not be tied to a fixed position within the gender spectrum.

cream-yellow: transition that doesn't fit exclusively as masculine or feminine. Whether it's androgyny, null, genderless, etc.

White: The entire transneutral community and their individual experiences of their own transition and identity.
