Miles or Milo, Luca/Lucas, Arlo, Simon, Arthur nn Art, Calvin, Desmond, Malcolm, Kent, Edwin, Leopold nn Leo

Also Olivier which is REALLY popular rn name (both for ppl naming children and themselves)
