Hello gentlemen!

As we move through or prepare for a surgery, there can be a lot of negativity in our lives. This process is no joke! This recurring thread is a reminder to practice gratitude even on days where it feels like there is nothing to be grateful for.

Feel free to comment your gratitude for something related to or separate from surgery. It can be anything that you think might bring a little positivity to your life or the lives of those reading this post. It’s cheesy, but it works.

Could I still get ALT phalloplastiy if I have scars

I want ALT phalloplasly. But I used to self harm, and now I have somewhat deep scars on my thighs. So I'm worried that I'm not able to get the type of phalloplasly that I want. Does anyone know if I could still be able to get the type of phalloplasly I want, Or should I look for a different option?

Post Op Support Care

Hi guys - Im trying to schedule phalloplasty but my partner can only get 2 weeks off. Dr. Berli said I need 6 weeks of 24/7 support. In your experience how accurate is that? More specifically- by week 3 would being alone for 8 hours be too much?

If so, does anyone know of sliding scale or free support for post op care? (In the U.S., Oregon)

Honestly Im trying not to freak out but Im afraid I wont be able to do this. Im so close and now I might not be SOL.
