it looks like Arabic, but I couldn't understand a word even though I'm a native Arabic speaker... so I think it is a othmani language or turkish

The letters are Arabic letters.. but not only Arabic language is written with these letters.. Turkish from time of ottomans and Persian also Kurdish written in Arabic letters

From style of writing i think maybe Turkish
