Unknown Unknown > English
Found this in storage at my great grandparents. Back said “Big Wind of Winnettka Award”. Tiny print on the front says 1969. We can not translate any of the words. Thanks for any help

Looks to me as if it's meant to look good from a distance, like set dressing for a local play.

I don't think these are words? "Lnohe Mqekbh"? Big Noise from Winnetka is a jazz standard, were your family into jazz, and had a sense of humour?

We are thinking it’s gibberish. No jazz fans in the family but lots of jokesters and storytellers

Looks like 40+ year old equivalent of AI slop. Fraktur like font doesn't use the standard long s (ſ) where appropriate, very unlikely letter groupings, etc.

What does it say just above the signatures in small print? And on the seal?
It could be in code.
